Destination Weddings

Between our one-of-a-kind online planning tools and our pre-planning meeting, all of the details of your big day will be nailed down in advance allowing you to be worry-free on your big day! Additionally, the day of the event, we will coordinate with your other wedding vendors including your photographer, videographer and caterer to ensure that everything goes according to plan.

Our online planning tools will help you plan your dream destination wedding. You can build-your-own request list and do not play list, complete your ceremony and reception planning forms, listen to music, make secure payments, view the top party songs and suggestions and more. Once you reserve our services, we will send you a log-in and password for the Client Access Area giving you exclusive access to these helpful tools.

 

Typically, we meet with our brides and grooms at our office about 3 to 4 weeks prior to their event. However, we will happily conduct your preplanning meeting via Skype or phone if you won't be in town prior to the wedding.

Having a beach wedding? Add an authentic Caribbean flair with our steel drummer.
